I Týr [tʰʊɪːɹ] sono un gruppo folk-viking metal faroese, formatosi nel gennaio 1998 a Runavík.
Il gruppo compone musica strettamente legata alla mitologia norrena e alle tradizioni Scandinave e Faroesi: Týr è infatti il dio della vittoria, della gloria e dell'eroismo nella mitologia nordica.
