Informazioni sugli HEALTH
Gli Health (spesso stilizzato HEALTH) sono una rock-band formatasi a Los Angeles, nel 2006, ad opera di Jake Duzsik (voce e chitarra), Jupiter Keyes (chitarra, percussioni), John Famiglietti (basso) e Benjamin Jared Miller (batteria). La musica contenuta nell'album di debutto, Health, è essenzialmente noise rock ispirato da gruppi storici come Liars, Einstürzende Neubauten e P.I.L. La band registra e pubblica nel 2008 Health//Disco. Il 2009 è l'anno di Get Color, omonimo album in uscita il 28 agosto 2009. Nel 2012 compongono la colonna sonora del videogioco Max Payne 3, ultimo capitolo dell'omonima serie firmata Rockstar Games. Nel 2015, durante il tour europeo di Death Magic, Jupiter Keyes decide di lasciare la band per seguire la carriera solista dell'ex Crystal Castles Alice Glass. I restanti membri del gruppo hanno deciso di non sostituirlo. Gli HEALTH, ormai trio, pubblicano nel 2019 Vol. 4 :: Slaves of Fear, oltre ad avere pubblicato una serie di singoli insieme ad artisti come Youth Code, Ghostemane, Perturbator e altri.
