I Clap Your Hands Say Yeah sono una band Indie rock di Brooklyn, New York, USA, composta da Alec Ounsworth, Lee Sargent, Robbie Guertin, Tyler Sargent e Sean Greenhalgh. Tutti i membri della band vivono a Brooklyn, eccetto il cantante Alec Ounsworth che vive a Filadelfia e lavora anche ad un progetto parallelo (Flashy Python and the Body Snatchers).
